The MLS will provided one photo at no cost to the agent, but the photographer just drives up to the house, rolls down a window, and snapps a picture... no moving garbage cans, no waiting for nice weather... But if an agent has a full listing schedule, they just don't have the time for nice detailed photos, even if they do want them. The photographer Tides RE used would either e-mail the pictures to the agent, or if it was an expensive property, he would e-mail them and come by with a picture CD for the agent. Extra fee for that of course. Good luck with that!Sabrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00980369680517012936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10177700.post-1135353848969229602005-12-23T08:04:00.000-08:002005-12-23T08:04:00.000-08:00And................ 6x6 darkroom?And................ 6x6 darkroom?Davinie Fierohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15249028693321335008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10177700.post-1135353812492490112005-12-23T08:03:00.000-08:002005-12-23T08:03:00.000-08:00Well, isn't that a good idea! There are new subdivisions cropping up so fast that I get lost in Bend now. That might be something to check into. I'm surprised they don't just take pictures themselves..... it seems like something silly to spend $$ on paying someone else, but if they are willing to do it, you should jump on it!Davinie Fierohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15249028693321335008noreply@blogger.com
