Not sure how long this link will work, but this is our house!! Photos by me to be added here later today, after our inspection, and I will also put on the drawing of the house layout. We are so excited!! A big kid house!! The condo was like training wheels for a bike, and we get to take off the training wheels and zoom along now like all the other big kids!!

Congratulations! Now, if you get a carpet allowance, take the money, invite myself and Steve up, and we'll head to Lowe's, buy some flooring, and Steve will help Ethan install it. We are pros now! It could save you money!
You know you made the right decision, because you didn't even have to think about it. We bought our house before we even got out of the car, which is crazy, because it's so ugly and has a big tower on it! But, when you know it's the right thing to do, you know. Intuition says a lot.
Alyca! I am Soooo applying for Trading Spaces! Think about it, city mouse, country mouse, you live in Seattle, I live on 2 acres next door to a donkey... we both just bought new homes and need help with decorating! They've done long distance shows before, and for some reason, Paige isn't there any more, so the $$ ante has been raised. We could potentially get something nice done! I am applying. I hope you are game!
Take pictures and measure three rooms you'd consider for TLC. They say they want us to live 10-15 minutes apart, but they've done the long distance thing before.... so I'm going to try for it. Get on their website and check it out.
