Fancy feet

In a fight to forbear declawing our ferocious felines, we are attempting to fetter their feet with fancy fittings that foil their fetish for furniture and flooring fiascos.
The current color is a captivating, chic cobalt which conceals their clever claws.
Eventually, each enthusiastic furball will entertain exotic hues as we eradicate errors in extremity etiquette.
Possible picks are purple and pink for one petulant panther-pet, and Seahawks sapphire and sage for the subsequent scamp.

Longing for luck in our latest labor of love...................

Oh Yeah!!! I really hope the claw covers work out!!!! A buddy of mine has them on her cat and after the first few days the cats didn't seem to notice them anymore! Plus, how fun that your boys have sports-inspired colored nails... V V fun! Side note.. when do you get keys??

Yes, you don't want to declaw if you are moving to a casa where they could occasionally trip outside. You wouldn't want them to be unable to tree themselves should they meet the neighbor's foor-footed canine. :) Good luck!

No, no, no. These guys will NEVER go outside. They never make any attempt to get out, although they do like to look out the window. Back in the summer, I would try to take them outside on the grass on their halters/leashes, and they were completely freaked out. The wind scares them (we have no wind inside, they have no idea what it is). And, with these claw covers, they can't climb trees. The ends are really really blunt no way to hold on at all. Shadow used to like to get behind the couch in the sports room (there is about 4 inches of gap between the back of the couch and the windowsill behind it, because of the baseboard heater) He would lay on the windowsill behind the couch and roast one side, then flip over and roast the other side. Since it is a bit of a hole, he would have to use his claws to pull himself up and turn over. He can't do that now. We had to give some assistance (not a worry about safety, since they are NEVER allowed in there unless we are there with them). Poor little guy....

I bet they change their minds when you get to the new house, where even Mom and Dad start spending more time outside.... which you don't do at your current casa. Sure, they'll be inside cats, but they are curious. They'll check it out, guaranteed.
