From the Cluny Museum, it is a shortish walk over to the Pantheon--built as a church, but only operated as one for like 3 months (that darn French Revolution started). Now it is a mausoleum, for people such as Marie Curie, Louis Braille and Alexandre Dumas; and home of Foucalt's pendulum, which demonstrates the rotation of the earth by swinging at slightly different angles as time passes. Another beautiful, beautiful building.
