Notre dame tower climb

Once we finished our interior loop of the cathedral, it was time to make our climb. We got into a pretty short line for the tower climb. It was short....but it was sloooow. They only let I think 10 people go up every 5 minutes, to keep the narrow top area from being overly crowded. We finally made it inside the stairwell....and climbed. And climbed. There is a gift shop after 100 stairs or so, so we checked it out...then climbed and climbed some more. It lets you out in the area between the two towers. There, we saw numerous gargoyles, including the famous bored one. Very cool
